TY specialized turbine oil purifier adopts several patented technologies??nd integrates the vacuum dehydration theory, separating engineering technology, coacervation technology, absorption technology and sophisticated filtering technology as a whole. Under the condition of high vacuum, it can remove moisture, gas, impurities, colloidal matter, acid substance and various kinds of pigment from the turbine oil, reduce dielectric loss and acid number, raise the de-emulsification degree so as to raise the quality of the turbine oil effectively, and make the waste oil reach the standard of the clean oil.

Working process:

Under the effect of negative vacuum pressure, the oil goes through the primary filter, demulsifying device and heater. After being heated at heater, the oil enters into the vacuum-degassing tank to be separated from the water and gas. The water in the oil can be removed by vacuum pump, while the oil will be transported to fine filter to become purifier oil.
